Raymond Brown Building Limited [ RBBL ] is a successful general building contractor and developer with an excellent reputation operating within Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset in a 30 mile radius of its Downton offices.

Building within the education, residential, community, care and hotel sectors we undertake contract work ranging in value from £30k to £3.0m, also developing site plots for houses and flats offering a 10 year NHBC warranty.

RBBL employ 20 staff and tradesmen, supported by a loyal supply chain of local sub-contractors. The workforce is headed by a close-knit management team who ensure our work is produced to high standards of quality, within budget and delivered to programme.

Raymond Brown Building can offer competitive prices by using Group supplied bulk materials, concrete and aggregates. We  avoid waste, diverting it from landfill and re-cycling at every opportunity using the Raymond Brown Group resources. We currently recycle 88% of our skip waste and are aiming to achieve 95% within 12 months.
