Raymond Brown Building Limited [ RBBL ] is a successful general building contractor and developer with an excellent reputation operating within a 30 mile radius of it’s new Downton offices.

Our management team have a “hands on”, friendly approach which has helped to develop a number of repeat clients particularly within the education and leisure sectors. The company undertakes contracting work ranging in value from £30k to £3.0m with a typical contract size of around £500k. We develop our own site plots and build houses and flats for sale, often with the benefit of a 10 year NHBC warranty.

Our workforce comprises approximately 20 directly employed staff and tradesmen who are supported by a loyal supply chain of local sub-contractors. The workforce is headed by a very effective close-knit management team which ensure our work is produced to high standards of quality, within budget and delivered to programme.
